Sarah is a former professional hockey player with the CT Whale. Graduated from Elmira College as CCM/ACHA First Team All American, Elmira College Player Of The Year, Conference MVP. Current member of USA Ball Hockey. Current Mental Performance Coach with a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology. Private lesson skillset: Stick handling and shooting, speed and explosiveness, confidence building.
